The Lovestruck Diaries

Learning to love ourselves, one chapter at a time…

Second chances

Hello lovelies 💕

It’s a new month…and if you know me, you know I thrive on fresh beginnings. There’s something so magical about that clean-slate feeling, isn’t there?

I was supposed to be diving into a writing challenge right now, but… guess what? I’m not doing it. Old me would’ve let that derail my motivation or guilt-trip me into overworking, but this month? I’m choosing grace.

Life’s been a little chaotic lately (okay, a lot chaotic, LOL SOB), but I’m holding onto the hope that next month brings smoother sailing. Writing a book has been a dream of mine for so long, and it’s something that tugs deeply at my heart. I know I’ll get there when the timing is right. For now, I’m focusing on what I can do, and that feels just as meaningful.

Instead of recording a podcast episode like I originally planned, I poured my energy into something that feels exciting and so aligned: my updated blog, lovestruckdiaries.blog! 🌷

Over there, I’ll be sharing self-love reflections, book reviews, and interviews with authors and readers who inspire me. It’s going to be a cozy corner of the internet for everyone who loves love stories, growth, and a little bit of magic. I’d love for you to check it out and tell me what you think!

Oh…and speaking of exciting things, I also ordered Lovestruck shirts and hats to test out for an event I’ll be attending as an influencer in 2026! 🎉

I can’t wait to pack up my books, grab my wife, and road-trip to Nashville. If you’re in the area, let’s meet up!

I’ve also been pouring my heart into growing my Facebook group, The Radiance Room. We recently hosted a Red Aspen pop-up party filled with giveaways and fun moments, it reminded me how much I love building community. If you’re not in there yet, come join us!

On a personal note, I’m focusing on gentle habits this month: walking daily, eating with more intention, and listening to my body. I live with Hashimoto’s, and recently I’ve been reminded how important it is to care for myself before my body forces me to slow down. My goal? To feel stronger, more grounded, and ready for that big event ahead.

So tell me…what are you looking forward to this month? 🌙
What goals are you setting for yourself?
And what kind of content would you love to see on the blog?

Let’s cheer each other on…gracefully, gently, and with all the love.

With warmth,
Megan
